Get the insanely good Itch.io Bundle for Ukraine to show support

We see a lot of great initiatives popping up in the international games industry to help the people of Ukraine, but the Itch.io Bundle for Ukraine is without a doubt the most impressive one yet. For only $10 (that’s the bare minimum, please give more if you can) you get a bundle with 991 items (600 videogames, 300 analog tabletop RPGs, a dozen of asset packs, books, zines, and comics, soundtracks/music, and a host of other products).

Yes that’s right. Close to a 1000! That’s insane! Necrosoft Games took the initiative for the bundle and 732 developers on Itch.io jumped at the chance of helping out. Every item in the bundle is for sale (so no F2P games) which adds up to a whopping $6.539 of value. All proceeds from this bundle will be split between the following charities:

  • International Medical Corps provides medical assistance in the region. They have very low fundraising overhead (1% of income), with 89% of donations going to medical aid and 10% to administration.
  • Voices of Children, a Ukrainian organization that helps children cope with the horrors of war, PTSD, readjusting to school, and getting back to being kids. They have also been doing a lot of grassroots impromptu work during the war, such as helping set up shelters.

With 9 days, 17 hours and 25 minutes to go, the Bundle will no doubt break through the 1 million dollar goal that was set. So far $756,306 was raised.

UPDATE $4,954,335 is raised so far with 4 days, 10 hours and 11 minutes left. The new goal is set at $5 million.
